Psalm 147

Be gentle in all things you do, if there is no need for you to be otherwise

Consider the best of you at the worst times because upon you shall be known the measure of you at your worst and far less often you at your best

Anything you do, can come back to hurt you. Make sure you look to the right path in all that you do as it may end up being done upon yourself

There is a difference between being hurtful and being spiteful. Pain does not need to be given just because it is felt

Today's enemy could be tomorrow's friend and a friend today can easily be lost for life

There is within all pain the understanding that what you are feeling is something which can change the way you act upon others

Restraint is the measure of a hearts love in times it cannot be felt

It's a beautiful thing to hurt, without letting it affect others, whether it be warranted or not

Don't take what could be companionship to be extension of your pain

You need not share with another to find solace in their company

Sometimes the best thing another can do for you is nothing

Sometimes that nothing, can mean everything

To be there when you are wanted to least is to prove as one of the best to have around

It's never easy to be alone, in good times or bad

But to know you have someone with you in the dark is like knowing the sun will rise again tomorrow

A door opened to one who has slammed it closed seldom goes unnoticed

Love need not be accepted to be felt

Sometimes all we need is to know that someone sees we are hurting

And everything else can be ours to bare

Because it becomes less about whether or not we can get through something by ourselves

When we know there is someone there to catch us if we can't

The strength comes in knowing we can be strong, even if we doubt our ability to be so

Those who close themselves off to others caring about them the most are usually those who need it the most
