11 is "Turn over" - Elevating
12 is "Turnover -  around, but it is as a second" - Answer
Intent to be recognised as a second

13 is "Come out"

rê-‘e-ḵā;

"Of your neighbor", Means "Reaction"

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction
